  • I do not accept insurance and am an out-of-network provider. This means that I collect the full session fee after each appointment. However, many people are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.

  • I have posted a benefits calculator at the bottom of this page which will show you if you have OON benefits, and if so, what they are. Additionally, you can also call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your benefits. Please click here for a guide on what questions to ask during this call. You can ask if CPT codes 90791, 90837, 90834, and 90832 are covered.

  • There are two options for this: 1) You may sign up for Mentaya, which is a platform I have partnered with that will submit claims for you when using out-of-network benefits. They deal with your insurance company to help you receive reimbursement so you don’t have to. With this option, I would submit the claim to Mentaya who would then submit it to your insurance company. Mentaya does charge you a small processing fee/percentage of each claim submitted on your behalf. 2) I will send you monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company directly. Please contact your insurance provider to learn about their submission process.

  • Currently, I am only seeing clients online through a HIPAA secure video platform.

  • Per telehealth regulations, clients MUST be physically located in the state their therapist is licensed in at the time of the appointment. You may meet with me if you are in New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland given my full clinical licenses and Florida given my registration to provide telehealth services there.

  • This depends on your needs! For our initial sessions, we will either meet weekly or every other week so that we can effectively establish rapport with each other and better move you toward the progress you wish to see. From there, we can determine what continued frequency will be best for your treatment and of course, your schedule. I am flexible and understanding of life changes and we can modify the frequency of our sessions as needed.

  • You will be charged in full for any appointment missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice. I am happy to reschedule you for another session that same week if I have an opening.

  • Fees vary depending on the session length. Please email me or set up a free phone consultation to discuss all fees further.
